BK Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including:

All services are provided by appointment in the Victorville, CA area.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All price quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and additional services requested.
4. Payments
Payments are due in person upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We currently accept cash, check, or other methods as discussed with the customer.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee.
6. Liability
BK Window Cleaning takes great care during all services. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, screens, gutters, or property surfaces
Damage resulting from poor window seals or aged materials
Weather-related delays or rescheduling
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all service areas.
7. Warranty & Satisfaction
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service and we’ll make it right where reasonable.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with our website or contact systems.
All website content (text, logos, images) is the property of BK Window Cleaning and may not be used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BK Window Cleaning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
